1. How Our Shipping Works

All products on lilpumpshop.com are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. That means your items are custom printed and then shipped directly from one of Printful’s global facilities.

  • Typical fulfillment (production) time: 2–5 business days before your order ships. Printful Help Center+1

  • Fulfillment time does not include shipping time.

During peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods, fulfillment may take a bit longer.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

Your estimated delivery time = fulfillment time + shipping time. Printful Help Center

Once your order is fulfilled, it is handed off to the carrier. Typical shipping timeframes after fulfillment are:

United States & Canada

Europe & United Kingdom

Rest of World

  • Standard international: usually 5–20 business days, depending on destination and local carrier performance. Printful Help Center+1

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country and address

  • Type of product

  • Order size and weight

Printful’s rate structure varies by region and product category, so final shipping charges are shown before you complete your order. Printful+1

Multiple-item orders may ship in separate packages if they are produced at different facilities or in different product categories.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Printful Help Center+1

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving the tracking link for carrier updates to begin appearing.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the United States, your local customs office may charge additional import duties, taxes, or handling fees. These charges, if applied, are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs processing may also cause delivery delays, which are outside of our control. Printful+1


6. Wrong Address & Returned Shipments

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If the carrier returns an order to Printful due to an incorrect or insufficient address, refusal, or unclaimed package, we can reship it once you confirm the correct address.

  • Reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us ASAP at support@lilpumpshop.com. If the order hasn’t gone into production or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it—but we can’t guarantee changes once Printful has begun fulfillment.


7. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it was lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the date your order was marked delivered (or the estimated delivery date if it never arrived).

Email support@lilpumpshop.com with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging (if applicable)

In most cases, after review, we’ll work with Printful to replace damaged or misprinted items at no additional cost. FuelPod

For packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, and your local post office first. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we’ll help you review next steps.


8. Delivery Delays

While we work with Printful and our carriers to meet the estimated timelines, sometimes delays happen due to:

  • High seasonal volume

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Customs holds

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

These circumstances are outside our direct control. Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
